You can return the product you have bought within (7) days from the date of delivery without opening its packaging, using it or allowing it to deteriorate. Before returning the product, please send your e-mail including your invoice number and order number to email@example.com, stating the reason for the return. As soon as our company receives the e-mail you have sent, you will be contacted and you will be informed how to return the product. It must be sent back together with the product in the invoice issued in your name. The price of another product or product will be refunded instead of the returned product. Transportation and credit card costs to be paid due to the return will be borne by the buyer.
Products Damaged During Transport
Products damaged during transportation should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be kept by the transport company. The product should not be returned due to small dents in the box or package, so as not to damage the product. After the product is received by you, the transport company will be deemed to have fulfilled its duty. After the damage report of the unaccepted product is delivered to our store, our store will deliver the new product to you as soon as possible.
Faulty Product Delivery
Please send an e-mail including your invoice and order numbers to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the errors of the faulty products that are not noticed during delivery and occurred in application. Mail is reviewed from the moment it reaches us. When your request is deemed appropriate, the new product you purchased will be sent at our own expense.
